You are invited to our Sunday morning service and our Wednesday evening meeting.
The subject for this Sunday's Bible lesson: Matter
I am the Lord thy God,. . .. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them;. . . Exodus 20:2-5 For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. Psalm 100:5
From beginning to end, the Scriptures are full of accounts of the triumph of Spirit, Mind, over matter. Spirit, God, has created all in and of Himself. Spirit never created matter. There is nothing in Spirit out of which matter could be made, for, as the Bible declares, without the Logos, the Aeon or Word of God, "was not anything made that was made." We worship spiritually, only as we cease to worship materially. Spiritual devoutness is the soul of Christianity.
